Linda Johansson will share perspectives on the current situation of the sustainability in beverage industry. She will introduce the Systembolaget's 2023 goals and the initiatives that are in place as well as what are the concrete expectations from their producers as well as the products that are listed in Systembolaget.

Linda Johansson joined Systembolaget, Sweden's alcohol monopoly, in 2021 to work with sustainable purchasing of beverages, after working 13 years at the H&M Group. Ms Johansson's current main responsibility at Systembolaget is to integrate sustainability into the business and lead the stakeholder dialogue around climate.
Ms Johansson have spent 11 years in India and Bangladesh, and started her professional career working for a Swedish NGO in Dhaka, Bangladesh, before joining the H&M Group. Ms Johansson’s experience covers the full supply chain from manufacturing to sales, always with a sustainability focus and by using approaches grounded in business and sustainability.
Ms Johansson holds an M.A in Political Science and a B.A in Economic history from Lund University, Sweden, which also included studies at the University of Manchester, UK through the Erasmus exchange programme.

Gry Montiel is an independent consultant in the area of ESG and sustainability with more than 16 years of experience. She specializes in supply chain issues - on both social and environmental topics - as well as in ethical business models. With a background in retail and a large purchasing organization, she understands the dynamics between buyer and brand and what it takes to make processes and policies work in practice. She has worked with amfori for many years, both in her previous position and currently as a consultant.
Gry is also the Co-founder of Agave by Montiel ApS - an importer of Mexican spirits to the European market - and has a personal interest in working with SMEs and small producers within the food and beverage industry.
Lead Client Manager at BemakersLouise Reinhardt is Lead Client Manager at Bemakers, where she helps beverage brands expand across European markets. She specializes in onboarding, market entry strategy, and driving sales — including leading Bemakers’ work with Systembolaget.
With a background in Customer Success and a Master’s degree from Copenhagen Business School, Louise combines commercial insight with a strong focus on customer experience and long-term brand growth.
